170 Short St, Sparta, TN 38583

More than 180 degrees of lake view, from a home sitting on its own peninsula. 170 Short Street in Sparta is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 3.5 bath home on 1.25 waterfront acres, cleared for the view with trees left for shade. A working wood burning fireplace anchors the main living space. Downstairs, the fully finished walkout basement has bedrooms and a bath of its own plus extra garage storage, and it was waterproofed in 2022. Outside, there's a screened back porch, more covered porch and patio space added in 2023, and a hot tub that stays. Bring the kayaks, because the lake is right off the property. Attached and detached garages, a concrete driveway, a fence, a storage shed, and new electrical boxes and wiring in 2026 finish it off. Casa Luna is within walking distance, with hiking and state parks a short drive away. Peaceful out here, and still close to everything.
