4228 Wears Valley Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862

The view sells the stay--and here, it can define the entire investment. Offered together, Lots 161 and 162 in Timber Cove capture a commanding mountain panorama. Round Top anchors the foreground, with the higher Smokies layered beyond in the direction of Meigs Mountain, Blanket Mountain, Thunderhead Mountain, and Rocky Top. Imagine a cabin designed around walls of glass and expansive decks, where guests begin the morning with coffee overlooking Wears Valley and end the evening soaking in a hot tub as the distant ridgelines fade into shades of blue. That experience creates the photography that earns attention, strengthens booking appeal, and distinguishes a cabin in a competitive STR market. The investor fundamentals are equally compelling: all-paved access for guests and service crews, a previously decked foundation pad that may provide a construction head start, and a four-bedroom septic permit supporting the larger cabin design many investors target. The property is approximately 5.5 miles from Townsend, 11 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, and 20 miles from downtown Gatlinburg--reaching multiple vacation markets while preserving the peaceful Wears Valley setting guests seek. Great Smoky Mountains National Park welcomed more than 11.5 million visitors in 2025. This is the kind of setting that can turn a thoughtfully designed cabin into a destination--not just another rental.
